Te Rourou is the charitable arm linked with One New Zealand, focused on improving outcomes for young people across Aotearoa. Their vision is that all rangatahi have the resources and opportunities to thrive.

Keep the website healthy so the team can focus on impact — not glitches, security scares, or duplicate vendor costs. Provide practical support and leave clear notes for future staff. 
What We Delivered
Made publishing simple
A news post wasn’t showing on the live site. We fixed the settings and left easy steps so future posts appear as expected. 
Managed a security scare with calm
When unusual traffic hit, we acted fast — blocked the bad traffic, kept the site online, and worked with the client’s security team to tighten things up. We also outlined a plain-English plan for extra protection if needed. 
Cut unnecessary costs
An old hosting plan was about to renew. We checked what was still needed, recommended cancelling the legacy plan, and kept everything tidy under the current setup.
