The Brief
About the client
Te Wharekura delivers cultural experiences and education in Tāmaki Makaurau with partners Auckland Council and Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei. 
What they needed & why
A fast rebuild of the old site, a public phone line not tied to staff mobiles, confidence for kaimahi to update content, and a simple bookings flow for tours. 
What We Delivered
Website rebuild & launch
Built a new site from the ground up and went live in eight days, with a clean structure and performance tidy-ups. 
Events that show only when relevant
Added an Events section that auto-displays upcoming kaupapa and hides itself (and menu items) when there’s nothing on, keeping the site tidy. 
Bookings phone line via ConnectHub
Set up a public bookings number routed to available kaimahi, with call distribution, status control, and recordings for QA. 
Online bookings system
Created a calendar-based enquiry/booking flow with post-visit review requests, so the journey is clear end-to-end.
